I really like your creative thesis #3 because you have more of a "show don't tell" thesis which draws a reader in more. Examples you could use to show addiction was our experiments we did and peoples reaction to it. That could show people's understanding of how much they either appreciate or dislike digital technology.

you could also talk about social networks and how that is addicting because it keeps people in contact with each mother faster then it is to make a phone call or send a letter. That makes us lazy, so thats a negative.

You could talk about "Feed" and the detachment the teens felt after losing their feed.

I look forward to seeing what thesis you end up choosing, but I think your 3rd thesis would be an excellent paper to write and expand about.

I think every argument you had, has really good points that are brought up and finding specific quotes for these arguments will make your paper stronger. A few things I think you should change in your outline is your thesis and your switch between bad/good digital technology. In your paper, you should choose one side that you think you can best support and argue is right.  

Another thing is you state many essential questions but I'm not sure what exactly and specifically you are going to argue.  

Overall I think you could do great in arguing that digital technology is good because you have great points, but whatever makes you feel comfortable the most, you should argue. I look forward to seeing what side you choose and how you are going to support it.
